About wisdomworks

people first — ai as a teammate.

Behind wisdomworks is Jacob Leicht — AI adviser and transformation coach with many years of experience in international corporations. The foundation is simple: change happens through people, at a steady pace. The same goes for AI — the value only emerges once people adopt it.

We don't do the work for your organisation — we do it with you. It simply produces better results. We listen before we conclude: analysis before recommendation, meetings and interviews before any conclusions. And we measure real impact and adoption — not activity.

the person you call is the person who shows up.
