What data do we process?
Only what you send us yourself. The contact form on this site opens a draft email in your own email client with the details you have filled in (name, email, company if provided, and your message) — the site itself neither stores nor submits anything. If you email us, we process the information in your enquiry in our email system.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to respond to your enquiry and for any dialogue prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in being able to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention
We keep the correspondence for as long as the dialogue is active or necessary with a view to a possible working relationship, and delete it at your request.
Recipients
The information is processed in our email system (a data processor). We do not pass it on to anyone else.
Cookies and visitor statistics
This website sets no cookies — which is why there is no cookie consent to give.
We use Plausible Analytics (EU-hosted) for anonymous, aggregated visitor statistics — for example the number of visits and which pages are read. The tool sets no cookies, stores no personal data and cannot recognise you across visits or websites. Your IP address is used only fleetingly to filter out repeat views and is not stored.
