What data do we process?
Only what you send us yourself. The contact form on this site opens a draft email in your own email client with the details you have filled in (name, email, company if provided, and your message) — the site itself neither stores nor submits anything. If you email us, we process the information in your enquiry in our email system.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to respond to your enquiry and for any dialogue prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in being able to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention
We keep the correspondence for as long as the dialogue is active or necessary with a view to a possible working relationship, and delete it at your request.
Recipients
The information is processed in our email system (a data processor). We do not pass it on to anyone else.
Cookies and visitor statistics
This website sets no cookies — which is why there is no cookie consent to give.
We use no visitor statistics and no tracking tools. The site loads no code whatsoever from other companies — everything your browser fetches comes from wisdomworks.dk. (Until August 2026 we used the cookie-free Plausible Analytics; it has been removed entirely.)
Server log
Like any web server, ours records each request it answers: the time, the IP address, which page was fetched, the browser type and the response code. This is done for operational security — to be able to detect and investigate abuse and attacks — on the legal basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
The log is not used for statistics, marketing or profiling, is not combined with other information and is not passed on. It is deleted automatically after 90 days and is held solely on our own server in Germany (Hetzner, a data processor).
